DID YOU KNOW???
Did you know that diamonds attract grease like a magnet? In fact, when diamond ore is mined, it is dumped on conveyor belts covered with grease. As the belts rotate, diamond crystals actually stick to the grease while the rest of the ore falls away. While grease may be useful when mining diamonds, it absolutely kills the sparkle of your diamonds when they come in contact with lotions, soaps, or anything else with an oily or greasy base. That's why it is so important to keep your diamond jewelry clean. Be sure to soak your diamond jewelry every night in a jar of our jewelry cleaner. Do this every night and you'll be shocked at how many people will suddenly notice your super-sparkly diamonds! To make your own jewelry cleaner, mix 3 oz. of water with one 1 oz. of ammonia and just a squirt of Dawn dishwashing liquid. Or, if you don't want to make your own, stop in our store and mention this blog, and we'll give you a jar absolutely free.
